I purchased this locomotive in the early 1970s. This engine features a working headlight and Kadee couplers. I wired-up an old 3 foot piece of track and ran the engine back and forth on it several times. It has been sitting in a box for 30 years. After a few pushes to get it going, it ran ok. I put a little oil on the main gear and WD-40 on the drivers. It just needs to be run around a layout a few times to loosen it up.
