This is a very nice and tough to find Lionel 700 Electric Outline Locomotive. This was made only one year, 1916, and are part of the first O gauge Locomotives Lionel manufactured. This one is has nice glossy paint with nice stampings for this series. Loco is complete with all original parts and wiring I have not tested this one. It was to neat and rare with the original wiring to mess with. Has early manufacturing type 2 motor with triangular brush plate.Wheels turn freely with no swelling. This variation is the dark green, with red windows and wire handrails. The early 700 series loco are very tough to find and particularly this nice.
